Default Spoiler delete...

Would you? Kinda of like the clean look, im debating. I was thinking of either trading trunks or painting plugs if I change my mind. Love the way gtos and older mustangs look with it gone, haven't seen a 5.0 without one though.

With the pitch of the trunk on these cars, I think the spoiler helps the look. But that's me

I would have to agree with ^

Though on the past Mustangs, I have liked the spoiler-less look.

I dunno', it always did look good on the older stangs but these look like something is missing when they don't have a spoiler. The form of the trunk just doesn't look right by itself imho, but hey the cobra jets do it and are still awesome. Take it off and see what you think about it.

I know it's over played, but a GT500 wing will change the back entirely.

I think it looks cheap without it, seems like something is missing. However, to each their own.

And OMG that steering wheel is awful in that pic!

I'm in the same boat.

I have a CS but I don't want that much spoiler.

I think with the CS black out panel and dark lights I might pull it off.

Turns out I don't have one single good pic of my decklid but mine has spoiler delete option. This may give you a slight idea:

I agree it needs something but I don't like any of the ones available. Plus I had kits on my Fox bodies and always wished I'd not done that. Tougher to remove than never install.
The best looking IMO was the 2011 Saleen decklid. Just had a tiny lip that went more out than up and balanced out that sorta weird rake the back half has. Only problem is it's super expensive and I don't think you can do it without the lower valence which I don't like all that well.

Yours doesn't look too bad from that angle, would have to see a profile shot of the car. Others I've seen don't look all that great IMO.

I'm with ya man. Always have thought that angle where the taillights / decklid slant forward seemed a bit odd without a spoiler of some kind. If Ford had just extended the little lip that's already there about 1" it would be a lot better.
