Too bad they said that ZL1 was the one that won. I'm pretty sure the Fox's light didn't trigger.

Oh, I know. I just noticed a light trigger on the RL. Idk of that was a split light, or if it was only for the RL.

Zl1 is 680 to wheel m6, he can't launch too good, he only took me by a bumper after third gear. I was talking to him he just got the car back from linkenfelter and is still trying to learn he said he was launching at 3k rpm with launch control

I saw him last thursday at northstar. He was running 7.90s at 94. I wanted to run him but I didn't have my car unfortunately.

680 rw and 94 trap is fucken sad. He needs a new hobby. The car should drive itself faster than that.

I didn't know he had all that power, it didn't look like it at the track. You and him would definitely be a good run. Hopefully I get to see it go down.

Lol I would have never thought that car was putting down that kind of power. I know I would not be happy with those results. Probably didn't help with him hot lapping the car.

Why anyone would buy a ZL1 is beyond me.

Exactly and this is coming from a Chevy guy, $55k-$60 k for something I run the same power for cheaper. Now I know gm keeps raising their damn prices the 2ss was $35k now it's $42k I have just a little over $12k invested so now today for the same car and mods would be around $54k could buy a somewhat used z06 for that not alone a freaking zl1

A new Mustang will run 7.9s on 20" drag radials and otherwise stock.
