Area? Haslet area, as for the fit and finish debate, the 5th gen is much better than the previous but still no where near the premium gt interior, and some of their decisions... on the one I test drove as soon as I got in my watch scratched that plastic painted door panel.. the 4 aux gauges didn't light up. And everything was oversized and cartoon like, I'm in the engineering field. And I cut a wide path around that car after seeing the poor engineering on it

I agree, Mustang interior design is way better than the Camaro. It also helps that you don't feel trapped in the Mustang. However, I don't feel that the fit and finish of the Mustang is nicer though, there are some things that were done better, but it not as solid as the Camaro. I am also not a fan of the use of the chrome trim, and a few rattles developing with only a couple thousand miles on the car didn't help haha.

Like the damn rear window on the passenger side? Pisses me off every time I here it. Need to get it stopped, just don't have the time.

F Camaros :fuckyea: lol

You have a rear window rattle on a coupe? Umm yeah I'd have that looked at!! I'm pretty sure its not supposed to move.. so a rattle is bad!!! Ha ha hmm maybe I'm looking at the interior from a different angle, I have the premium interior. And I couldn't be happier with the real metal trim pieces, soft touch plastic, great wearing leather and low maintenance interior, I have 2 camaro friends that after a year have had their camaros in for dash bubbles and peeling..

Well it's a pretty known problem. Basically, by either design flaw, or lazy automation, a tack weld that should be on the rear 1/4 glass was forgotten, which enables the metal frame the glass sits in to rattle a bit against the inner structure of the car.

That sucks, how come you haven't taken it in to get fixed yet?

Dealer won't fix it because the problem only occurs every now and again when you hit a bump hard enough, and just right. I may be able to hit it an replicate it, but I can't afford to have my car in the shop for longer than a day. I don't have the time right now to take it in either.
