If you ask Adam or Donnie, they will tell you that my striking is far better than my BJJ. I just hate hitting people now. So much easier to control someone grappling, or putting them to sleep with a choke. My hands hurt every single day of my life now from the damage I've done to my hands over the years from striking. Not a lot, but then again I think most people roll race now. Doesn't mean you can't ask for it though. There is still a lot of people who like to dig race still too. You should ask some of the CTS-V guys .

A lot of it comes from you can roll race anywhere pretty easily. Finding a place for dead stop not so much. Since it's easier to roll race, most cars get set up that way now which is why you are seeing less and less of it.

Going to the track is an all night deal. Drive an hour to the track, sit in line all night to maybe get two or three runs on what is hopefully a good surface. To a lot of people, it's just not worth it to go to the track anymore, at least not a regular basis.

I only like dog racing. I'll do a roll but nothing over a 20 roll! I spent money on making it work and i don't like racing for only a second and a half.
