Can anyone rip vids from Bluray DVDs?

Is there anyone local to DFW whom can rip video from a Bluray DVD?

I want to rip the following section of video properly without buying software or equipment to do it.

I have even emailed the 1320video.com that I purchased the DVD from and they would not help me. I know they have a anti-Mustang bias but c'mon.
