The widebody C7 does look better than the base model.

^ I'd like to take that beast around the circuit of the americas a few laps. Looks awesome.

Its a sexy car, but its a Chevy.

As great as the stingray may be out to be, I had the privilege of driving the Ferrari F430 and Lamborghini Gallardo, sooooooo......... No comparison.

More on ZO6 pricing.

Straight from the man in charge, "As Tadge Juechter himself put it—in between explaining the aerodynamic value added by the tiny spats ahead of each front wheel and detailing how the C7.R’s three-percent fuel-efficiency bump (thanks to direct injection) will save one pit stop over a 24-hour race—“if you could afford the old Z06, you’ll be able to afford the new Z06.”

So to all those saying that the ZO6 will start at 6 figures... you can buy me lunch.

They said the samething about the Z28. now it starts at 75k vs 56k like originally planned.

I see on Chevrolet.com that it says "$75,000 as shown" I'd hardly take that as a starting price.

Tadge also said that if you can afford a Grand Sport, you can afford a Stingray, which was right on the money. C7 base car starts right about where a Grand Sport is priced. Go to this link and look at the used car prices: http://www.corvetteworlddallas.com/v...0Grand%20Sport.

Now go to Chevrolet.com and see that the C7 starts at $51,000.

Used GS with over $10k going for more than new Stingrays.

I like Twisted Root btw :)

There any options really for the Z28.

Eh his statement could also mean that if you trade in your current z06, you can afford the new one. Pricing will be interesting though
