If you want to do straight line racing, rather highway or track, and don't plan to go boost, get 3.73s. If you plan to go boost, as Nic (midnight) said, stay 3.31s.

a 3.73 car will reach the power band quicker than a 3.31 car, but if given enough room, the 3.31 car will end up in front because the top speed will be slightly higher from having a taller, longer...
