Okay. Here's the results of the analysis I just had done on my oil. Blackstone recommended trying 9,000 miles next time and that's on Mototcraft syn blend. Fine by me.

The term 'full synthetic' has become a misnomer since there is no universally accepted definition. It's now become a throw-around term for oil made with Group III, IV, or V base.

Good UOA. It shows there is no reason for people to put down a 20 weight oil, especially Motorcraft, in an engine designed for it. Looks like you could get 8,000 miles on it and it's sure less...
