I'd keep all records for sure, if you bought a car that the dealer said is under factory warranty you have no obligation to fix anything that is normally covered. They can send it to HPP or wherever...

I'm pretty sure I know the guy that did the work for him on it, not sure if he pulled the parts off though. He owns a turbo car so I'd assume he didn't just remove the parts and not retune it....
