Yep its just as much as a violation as any of these. I hate to do it but looks like i'll have to. If I didn't daily drive it I would be a lot more inclined to not put it on.

Ya my car attracts enough attention as it is an I don't need cops looking for a reason to pull me over. With the law revised they now have a legitimate means to fine us for this violation / check...
