I'm on a big health kick at this point in my life. Training, eating clean etc.

It's important to take a multi-vitamin and drink lots of water, get plenty of sleep. You'll feel better in no time.

Once you feel better, get your ass in the gym, eat right, drink lots of water and wash your hands more!
