Some points I picked out 1. so I have to jump out of a speeding vehicle if I'm a passenger to avoid a traffic citation if the driver gets busted for speeding, 2. "Anyone" doesn't mean anyone it means "Everyone except cops." and 3. that guy at the end in the GT500 should be arrested for being way too damn short LOL.

1. They never say anything about speeding its racing where anyone involved, either actively participating or a spectator can be charged. The law for racing is written that way to deter people from going to street races. 2. once again this must be over your head because I don't hear you bitching about undercover cops buying drugs from drug dealers, or picking up prostitutes but because its something illegal that YOU do all the sudden its wrong that they can catch you doing it. 3. by the looks of it he was going to jail, although I doubt it was for his height.
