I wondered if you'd pick up this thread after I wrote the officer jack ass part. Understand the legislature and enforcement relationship so that was probably a bit much.
The passenger deterrent part is my issue, and agree, I should take it up with my legislator, it's just a shit ton easier and probably accomplishes more to bitch on a forum than it would to talk to a congressman! LOL!
