Last Fast Friday of season Nov. 7th
At Texas Motorplex in Ennis.
Going out with my buddy and his 13 Camaro SS
Testing and adjusting my AED drag tune and try to dial in my launches (I suck horribly)
Its ford weekend, bring some Stang's and rep ford!

ive given up on the drag strip for a long while. i just cant figure it out on street tires.
on 285 ventus v12's
stock boss suspension. but i either blow the tires or hang a gear even though i have blow fish brack and steel braided clutch line

You need tire out back.
Then you can focus more attention to nailing those shifts.

^^^this. Even at stock power you are not going to hook good on street tires. You are always going to blow the tires loose. Spend the money on some decent tires, then start working on everything else.

What tires do you recommend? I have 19s so street legal drag radials are out.

MT ET street, Hoosier's, nitto's etc.
assuming you have 3:73 gear you are going to want a 28" tall tire.
A popular choice for these car is 275/60 mt et streets on a 15" wheel.

Have to agree again. If you are going to go to the drag strip multiple times a year buy a set of rims and tires just for the track. Then you can start working on your suspension and so on. I don't drive my car a lot so I run M/T drag radials at all times but my car doesn't see the rain so its a little different.
