Rousey is the 135 champ, Cyborg is saying she can't make 135 because it would be a risk to her health. She'd have to stop using her PED's in order to make that weight.
I'm honestly surprised Cyborg won't do it. Rousey's chin hasn't been tested at all and Cyborg hits like a guy. Cyborg could also out wrestle Rousey and just manhandle her. The only chance Rousey would have is catching a submission which is very possible, but she would definetely take a beating from Cyborg in the process.

I would like to see that fight. I think Rousey would win, I think cyborg would be so paranoid about the armbar she would end up in it.
