I would buy a nice house in D town and one in Athens, GA. I would buy a '13 GT500 for a daily, Ferrari 458 and Denali 2500 both in Dallas and in Athens. I don't have much debt, so yeah I guess I'd pay off what I have. Invest the rest in commercial real estate. Depending on how much I have after that, I'd blow the rest on strippers and cocaine, but like I always say... __________________
