Ive run Bama, AED, VMP, and been dyno tuned by True Street you really cant go wrong with either. Its more or less what works best for your situation.

Dyno tune is always a plus because you get what no email tuning offers, in person knowledge and experience from said tuner plus an included graph for your ego . Only downside is this is usually the more expensive way to go.

Email tuning is great with the right company and is a cheaper option, but unsafe when logging high speed pulls to send back to your tuner with each revision. With that said you have to understand your tuners situation, hes not there to scout or diagnose any possible issues your car may have, he is simply looking at a log so it would be on you report back findings. Its could take 2-3 days of back and forth before you have a completed tune.
