Not only is it realistic, it's very easy. You don't need to do anything to the engine at all.

Off road pipe, converter, Roush upper control arm, good wheels/tires at the track, good calibration. Goal met, you'll run 11s in any weather.

When wbt first got his auto car, I did a calibration and he had wheels/tires only. It was good weather, but it went 11.88 with nothing more than that.
