It's about $3 bucks or so. I buy it in the half gallon size and it last me awhile. I use it to cook with or an occasional small glass to drink. I usually have it every morning cooked in my oatmeal with organic flaxseed. YUM!

Did you really just say yum to that. I would rather have scrambled egg whites with some Canadian bacon, that's yum.
