Default What Dealer should I go to? Mt82

Well last night looks like I got my trans stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear.

Still stock. Sill warranty.
Thinking grandprarie ford but wanted to know who you all suggest?

And what causes this problem?

Any dealer, I love grapevine though.. if it's an early early 2011 they didn't apply lock tite to bolts properly. If it's not then the biggest cause, and here is where people get upset.. improper shifting, and or clutchless shifting.

I've had mine grind with the clutch to the floor multiple times.

I roll into grapevine and I get a free rental. And I've never been back there for an issue they have fixed, and the service advisor calls me every day with an update. Even knocked the price down on my oil change, free rotation, and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich and drink at their new cafe... did I mention reid harmon beat the best price every other dealer quoted me?

JAM LOL I'd question your MGM shifter. . Ford shared cad data and developed and tested the Barton shifter before using them as a supplier for the Ford racing part... but mine is stock so

It has occurred before and after the shifter was installed.

I took it over to Grand Prarie and their saying it won't be done till Tuesday or Wednesday.(Monday is a holiday) They keep telling me the part hasn't come in yet. It's the little rubber type ball on the end of the shifter that's come off causing it to get stuck in second gear he said.
I'm fine though since I got a rental just miss my car.
