Seen one in person, much better looking car than ya think. It will grow on us, but isn't what I'm used to. Wonder if there will be a power numb in 2016 too lol.

He must have got a 50th anniversary edition. pretty penny for those, with set options I believe.
The digital builder is up and running on Ford's website. I built the "exact" car I have now, and it came out to be $2k more than mine...plus it weighs 3700# now compared to my 3600#

Yeah I'm sure he did. He always goes for the top dollar ones
I built an ecoboost the way I would want and it came out to $40k for the coupe, and $44k for the vert

Ford needs to get their shit together if they want the Mustang to compete globally. If they are going to add weight, they need to start adding some serious HP. As they sit now, a lil over 400hp and 3600-3700lbs makes for a slow turd.

Compared to what? It's not supposed to compete with the vette or other two seat purpose built sports cars. It's as fast or faster than the m3 for A LOT less. Those are the kind of cars it will compete with globally not Porsche or cars like that.

I want to see a comparison between the new 425 HP M4 coupe and the 2015 Mustang.

I thought the 2015 was supposed to be both a bit smaller and lighter.

Ok so friend played a cruel joke, she was testing her mustang friends. But it's actually coming in August.
I'm with Steve on this one, the mustang is starting to lack especially at its upper end price range($50k). Just doesn't seem worth it. For that much you can get other low mileage performance cars like AMG, M, CTS V, etc
