So you have to take the whole cover off? Lol

Do you really plan to use something that drastic?

Its debatable. I will have to takle the bumper off once to cut it. Once cut the bumper will no longer have to be removed to remove the splitter. I may and may not but it wil be nice to know its functional.

Are you planning on testing in a wind tunnel?

Let me be the first to say that is going to be completely ridiculous on a street car.

Who makes the one that is pictured? I'm interested in one not too flamboyant but is still functional. Not everyone sticks their cars only on the street.

These are all custom jobs. Ive been researching as much as possible and its gonna be a handful. Best way looks to be to staart the diffuser as close to rear axle as possible, then rake it out to dead even with spoiler top to bottom.

Dude, other than giving somebody a cut to their leg in a parking lot, and giving something on the road another thing to hit, I would stay away from something like this unless you really are going to be doing heavy track days. You won't like the handling of that aero driving down the freeway

I had a full Re-Amemiya Diffuser on my Rx7 and loved it. You reralize that aero also means stabilty? It wont hang any as low as the diff.

Also looking at something i can slide over like this.

Personally I'd get the APR and call it a day.

And yes I realize stability. But that stability occurs at certain speeds, and how the diffuser is designed.

Exactly. This one would smoothe the air alot better then the APR. Plus the APr runs about 550 for FRP!!! Plus if I dont like it I can always buy the Boss 302 rear diffuser although its non-functional.
