Im not sure how, he doesnt make that much more power than you on kill and he makes less on his street setup... His car weighs more even though you have the heaviest C6 on the planet, you have a couple hundred lbs less weight to carry than he do.
Dave just down plays his car because he doesnt like to race anymore. If he does it might break and he's tired of it sitting at the shop.
