Yes to all those - the Brembo GTs and Boss 302s have larger rotors, more pistons per caliper (4 instead of 2) and larger calipers/pads.
Wanting to know if I can add them in the future and if they will fit along with the wheels I bought. I assume so since

I would not assume, because fitment over the Brembo calipers can be tricky. There are a lot of wheel makers that offer wheels that fit fine for standard brakes but don't fit over Brembos.

Kevin (04sleeper here) did a nice writeup on his Brembo brake swap. He always details his installs so you'll get a good idea of what is needed and what to expect.
