500 hp n/a is totally doable, just give Justin a call at JPC and ask for this -

Of course, it's cheaper, and you get a lot more power, by just doing a blower, but whatever gets you down the road.

That's not available. It was a test kit they put together for a customer that never made it to the production phase past the R&D. Basically built it for dyno time.

That's odd, I know of at least 3 of them here locally that have been shipped in the last few months.

Really? Because Jeff even tried to start with that kit and that's what he was told, which was the same thing JPC posted on SVTP when asked about it.
